Returns Policy
What We Accept Returns For
We accept returns only for defective products in the following cases:
- Item arrives broken or damaged
- Item has manufacturing defects
- We sent the wrong item
Important: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or non-defective items.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return for defective items. Returns must be requested within this timeframe – no exceptions.

To complete your return, we require:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included

- Wait for approval: We will review your request and approve or deny the return
- Ship if approved: If approved, ship the item back to our designated return address
- Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund

- Insurance recommended: For items over $50, use trackable shipping with insurance
- Risk: We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
Refund Processing
- Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds take up to 14 business days to process
- Refund method: Credit will be applied to your original payment method
- Bank processing: Additional 3-7 business days may be required by your bank or credit card company
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, we will issue a refund only. You may then place a new order if desired.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days plus your bank’s processing time:

- Contact your credit card company about processing delays
- Contact your bank about pending refunds

International Returns
Please note that return shipping for international orders may take 2-4 weeks and can be expensive. Consider this when requesting returns for lower-value items.
