Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours after placing your order, you can cancel the order and we will refund 100% of your order value.

Returns Policy

What We Accept Returns For

We accept returns only for defective products in the following cases:

  • Item arrives broken or damaged
  • Item has manufacturing defects
  • We sent the wrong item

Important: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or non-defective items.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return for defective items. Returns must be requested within this timeframe – no exceptions.

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included

Return Process

  2. Wait for approval: We will review your request and approve or deny the return
  3. Ship if approved: If approved, ship the item back to our designated return address
  4. Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Insurance recommended: For items over $50, use trackable shipping with insurance
  • Risk: We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Refund Processing

  • Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds take up to 14 business days to process
  • Refund method: Credit will be applied to your original payment method
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-7 business days may be required by your bank or credit card company

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, we will issue a refund only. You may then place a new order if desired.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days plus your bank’s processing time:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card statements
  2. Contact your credit card company about processing delays
  3. Contact your bank about pending refunds

International Returns

Please note that return shipping for international orders may take 2-4 weeks and can be expensive. Consider this when requesting returns for lower-value items.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items damaged by customer use or mishandling
  • Items with removed tags or packaging
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items reported as lost during shipping
